How quickly can you deliver flowers today?
Within Tallinn, we deliver within 3 hours. Deliveries outside Tallinn may take a little longer. We always contact the recipient in advance to agree on a suitable delivery time.
How much does flower delivery cost?
Delivery within Tallinn is €6.50. Orders over €45 are delivered free of charge within Tallinn. Delivery to the surrounding areas starts from €11.50.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Weekend orders must be placed by 11 PM on Friday. We deliver on Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM and on Sunday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by bank link (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Coop or Luminor), credit card or invoice. If paying by invoice, we will email it after confirming your order; please send us the payment confirmation after paying. The quickest and easiest options are bank link and credit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
I placed and paid for my order but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive a confirmation within 10–15 minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there either, contact us and we will check your order.
Do you deliver outside Tallinn?
We deliver by courier within Tallinn and the surrounding areas. Unfortunately, we do not arrange international flower deliveries.
What if I cannot find the right product on your website?
No problem. Contact us by phone or email and tell us what you have in mind. We will agree on the details and price and send you an invoice by email.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
We always call the recipient before the courier leaves, so the recipient’s phone number is required when placing an order. If we cannot reach the recipient by phone or SMS, we will contact the sender and agree on what to do next.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
We do not offer delivery at an exact time, but you can request a preferred time range in the order comments: morning (before 12 PM), lunch (12–3 PM) or afternoon (2–5 PM). We will do our best to accommodate it and agree on the exact time with the recipient. Our courier generally operates until 5 PM; later delivery may be possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Can I add a card with my own message?
Yes, you can add a personal message when completing your order. The card is the only information about the sender that we pass on to the recipient. If your name is not included, the recipient may not know who sent the flowers. For privacy reasons, neither our flower shop nor the courier can disclose the sender’s identity.
