1. FLOWER DELIVERY – WHERE WE DELIVER AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS
Send flowers to Tallinn and suburbs. Flower orders over €45 placed online are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within Tallinn. Note: The free delivery does not apply to gift baskets.
We deliver your orders within Tallinn and the surrounding areas. You can view delivery areas and prices here.
If you want to deliver outside these areas, contact us by phone or email at marianne@lillepidu.ee to request a quote.
Flower orders over €45 are delivered within Tallinn for free.
Flower Delivery (Mon-Fri 8:00-15:00, Sat 10:00-13:00, Sun 11:00-13:00)
When choosing courier service, you can specify a preferred delivery time in the comments: morning (before 12:00), afternoon (12:00-15:00), or another time range, which the courier will try to accommodate. Courier service within Tallinn costs €6.50 eur, and in the surrounding area from €9.90 eur (the exact price depends on the specific area, which you can see when placing the order).
Note: We always call the recipient in advance and arrange the delivery time.
If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, please choose “I will pick up the flowers from the shop myself” when placing your order. In this case, the courier service fee is €0. Please add in the comments the time when you plan to come by for the pickup.
If you wish to send flowers on Saturday or Sunday, the order must be placed by Friday at 5 p.m. latest. Exceptions can be made, but please call to confirm in such cases.
2. SENDING FLOWERS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
- The easiest and fastest way! Choose the product you wish to buy and send. Clicking on the picture will open a larger image and description. The products are created artistically, so we cannot guarantee that the appearance of the ordered product will be exactly the same as in the picture. However, we guarantee that if any substitutions are made, the monetary value of the product will remain the same. For some products, there are several sizes to choose from. Once you’ve selected the product, click “Add to Cart.” If you wish to add other gifts (chocolate boxes, drinks, etc.) to your order, you can do so on the checkout page.
Note: Additional products (sweets, toys, drinks, greeting cards, etc.) do not qualify for free delivery. Your flower order (flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, etc.) must exceed €45 to qualify for free delivery in Tallinn.
- Check if all your desired products are listed in the shopping cart. Click “Proceed to checkout.”
If you want to include a personal message with your order, you can select a card (the option is available on the checkout page). If you don’t want a large greeting card, you can choose a small free card.
Note: The text written on the card is the only information that will reach the recipient. If no message is added, we assume the sender wishes to remain anonymous.
If you do not wish to add additional products, click “Continue to checkout.”
- The billing information is yours (the buyer’s information). The shipping information is the recipient’s details. Please be careful when filling out the order, as the accuracy and correctness of the provided information determine the swift and accurate delivery of your order. You can add preferred delivery times (morning, afternoon, evening) and any additional details (e.g., the building has a door code, the recipient only speaks English, etc.) in the comments section.
If you want to pick up the order yourself, select “I will pick up the order from the store.”
- You can choose your payment method from bank links, credit card payment, or invoice payment. If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to your email. You must transfer the payment and send the payment confirmation to marianne@lillepidu.ee. The order will not be processed until the payment is received.
Note: If you want delivery within 3 hours, please choose the bank link or credit card payment.

- Clicking “Place Order” will take you to the payment stage. After payment, click “BACK TO MERCHANT” to notify us that the payment has been made.
Once we receive your order, we will send an automatic confirmation and invoice to your email. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you via phone or email. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be reviewed the following business morning.
If the product you ordered is not available in the store and we are unable to order it, we will notify you before dispatching the shipment. As a solution, we will offer a substitute product. If our offer does not suit you, the customer may cancel or delay the order. See order cancellation.
3. SENDING AND ORDERING FLOWERS BY PHONE
You can order by calling 6261110 (store phone) or 5243357. When ordering, you can describe the bouquet you want (what flowers, color tones, price range), or refer to a bouquet shown on our website.
The order amount (including flowers, card, and courier fee) will be calculated and informed to you by the service representative. You can then transfer the amount to OÜ Baltum Grupp’s account (account details can be found under Contacts). Add the recipient’s name and address in the payment explanation. After making the payment, send the payment confirmation to marianne@lillepidu.ee. If you wish, we can also send you an invoice by email, but it will take additional time for the invoice to be prepared and sent. The order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Note: Free delivery does not apply to phone orders.
4. ORDER FULFILLMENT DEADLINES
If you wish to pick up the flowers yourself, please place your order at least 1 hour in advance for regular orders, or 1 business day in advance for larger orders (wreaths, large arrangements, etc.). Same-day orders are accepted on weekdays until 4:00 p.m.
If you want the bouquet to be delivered by courier, please place your order at least 3 hours in advance (i.e., the flowers will be delivered within 3 hours from the time the payment is received). The courier operates Mon-Fri 8:30-15:00, Sat 10:00-13:00, and Sun 11:00-13:00. If you wish to have the bouquet delivered outside these hours, call 5243357 or email marianne@lillepidu.ee.
Note: If you want to send flowers on Saturday or Sunday, the order must be placed by Friday at 5 p.m. Exceptions can be made, but please call +372 5243357 to confirm.
Courier delivery on special days like Valentine’s Day (Feb 14), Women’s Day (Mar 8), and Mother’s Day is done throughout the day without specific time slots.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next morning at 8:00 a.m.
For deliveries to residential addresses, we always call the recipient in advance to agree on the delivery time. If you do not wish to call in advance, the responsibility lies with you; if the courier is unable to deliver the shipment, you will need to pick it up yourself.
5. PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER
The prices of the products include VAT at 22%. The delivery fee will be added to the order total.
There are several payment methods:
- Place the order in the store and make an advance payment in cash or by card.
- Place the order by phone and make a transfer to OÜ Baltum Grupp’s bank account (account details are listed under Contacts). Add the recipient’s name and address in the payment explanation. In this case, it is mandatory to send the payment confirmation to marianne@lillepidu.ee.
- Make a purchase online (see ordering via online store) and pay via bank link or credit card.
Free delivery within Tallinn is only valid for online store orders where the flower order exceeds €45.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND PRODUCT RETURN
The customer has the right to cancel their order before it is delivered and receive a refund within 5 business days. Orders can only be canceled on business days and no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day before delivery. To cancel an order, send an email to marianne@lillepidu.ee. Cancellations made later will not be refunded, but you may pick up the order yourself.
Orders cannot be canceled for special orders that are not part of the standard online store product selection.
If the shipment does not reach the recipient due to insufficient information provided by the sender, the responsibility lies with the sender (though we will try to find the missing information ourselves). If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers, the money paid for the order will not be refunded. To avoid issues, please ensure that your contact details are filled out correctly.
Products eligible for the 14-day return policy include drinks, sweets, toys, and cards. Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable and/or custom-made, and therefore cannot be returned. To use the 14-day return policy, the product must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as would be allowed in a physical store.
7. SECURITY
Customer information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Visitors have the right to request the deletion of their data from Marianne’s flower shop’s database and mailing list.
When paying by credit card, the merchant does not see the details you enter. For payment, you are directed to the secure environment of the Banks’ Card Centre, and cardholder information is entered into the Banks’ Card Centre’s database by the cardholder. The data is stored only in the Banks’ Card Centre’s server.
The encrypted data transmission channel with banks ensures the security of the buyer’s personal information and bank details.
8. GENERAL TERMS
The terms apply between the owner of lillepidu.ee (E-store), Baltum Grupp OÜ, Taara 1, Tallinn, Estonia, registration code 10812555, VAT ID: EE100730542, and the person who made a purchase, regarding the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products.
In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products via the E-store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The merchant may change the general terms and prices of products and services. The terms and prices applicable at the time of the transaction are applied to the transaction.
